  • 1 kg of flour
  • 1 liter and a half of water
  • ½ liter of olive oil
  • 24 eggs
  • Honey
  • Sugar

Put the water together with the oil in a deep frying pan. When it breaks to a boil, add the flour and knead it with a rasera until everything is mixed well.

Let it cool and add the eggs, kneading until homogeneous.

They are given the desired shape and baked for 45 minutes.

When they are cold, they bathe in honey and sprinkle with sugar.
